Getting between NSP and Noida
It is roughly forty-five minutes by road outside the worst of it, and considerably more inside it — the run down through central Delhi and across the Yamuna is not a journey anyone schedules at six in the evening. By Metro it is the Pink Line to Rajiv Chowk and the Blue Line out, which is slower door to door but entirely predictable, which on some mornings is the better trade.
So a workshop in Sector 62 or a demo in Sector 16 is a morning, not an expedition. We plan those for the start of a day rather than the middle of one, and we do not pretend it is the same as being on the next floor.
How working together actually goes
It starts with a call — Google Meet, Zoom, whichever you prefer. Twenty minutes is usually enough to tell whether there is a project worth scoping, and you will be talking to a founder rather than a salesperson.
After that it is whatever suits you. You are welcome at our office in Netaji Subhash Place, and we are equally happy to come to yours anywhere in Noida. If something needs someone physically present, we can be on site the same day.
A system we built for a Noida company
One of the builds in the catalogue is an operations platform for a national live-events and artist-management company headquartered in Noida. The client is under NDA, so it appears unnamed — the work does not.
It is the operational spine of a touring business: crews, vehicles, venues and a running order that changes on the day, held in one system instead of across a dozen spreadsheets and a WhatsApp group. It is the kind of build that only works if you understand the business, which is the argument for sitting in a room with someone early on.
Distance is not the constraint
The honest position: most of this work does not require anyone to be in the room. We have delivered for clients in Canada, the United States and the United Kingdom without ever visiting their offices. Against that, forty-five minutes is not a meaningful obstacle — it is a convenience, and we are glad to offer it.
Which is the useful way to read a local page. Being nearby is worth something for a whiteboard session or a demo in front of the people who will use the system. It is never the reason a build succeeds. How we work with clients abroad is the same method with a longer flight attached to it.

Less than you would think, and we would rather be straight about it than claim an address we do not have. It is a forty-five minute drive for a workshop or a demo, and the rest of the work does not depend on proximity at all — we deliver for clients in Canada, the US and the UK without visiting them.
How quickly can you start?
The first call is twenty minutes and you will be talking to a founder rather than a salesperson. Whether there is a project worth scoping is usually clear inside that call; what happens after depends on what you need, not on a queue.
What does a website or a system cost?
It depends on scope in ways that make a headline number misleading, so we would rather tell you what drives it: how many integrations, how many roles and approval paths, whether existing data has to be migrated, and whether anything needs to be accurate to the unit. We will give you a real number after a real conversation, not before one.
