What we build, stated plainly

Procurement and source-to-pay platforms, approval and delegation-of-authority workflows, vendor management, budget tracking against committed spend, and the operations dashboards that replace a stack of spreadsheets.

We do not sell a general ledger or a boxed ERP suite. If what you need is statutory accounting, an established ERP will serve you better and we will say so. What we build is the layer around your actual process, which is usually where the pain is.

Why control is the point

Approval limits that enforce themselves rather than depending on somebody remembering the policy. Requests that reach the right approver without being forwarded around. A defensible record of who approved what, so an audit is verification rather than an excavation.

The controls extend to who may do what: bank details entered by a different person than the one who selected the vendor, for instance — segregation of duties enforced by the software rather than by a document nobody reads.

Where it sits alongside what you already run

Most businesses that need this already have an accounting package and probably a CRM. The operations layer is not a replacement for either; it is the part in between that neither does well — the approvals, the vendor controls, the commitments that exist before an invoice does.

So it is built to hand over cleanly. Records carry the references your finance team already uses, exports match what the accountant expects, and nothing traps data that another system is the proper home for.
