What we built

An internal operating system for a company that books artists and runs live tours. A founder command centre covering cashflow, receivables and pending approvals; profit and loss for every individual show; an artist booking pipeline; contract tracking from draft through to signature; automatic generation of a complete task playbook whenever a new tour is created, with every deadline anchored to show dates; international artist payouts with tax withholding and compliance paperwork; show-day run sheets with a mobile view for crew on the ground; and role-based access throughout.

What the client got

The ability to run more tours without hiring more people to hold it together. Before, every tour meant rebuilding the same coordination by hand, and only the founder knew the true financial position at any moment.

Now a tour plans itself the day it is created, approvals sit in a queue instead of getting lost in an inbox, and the money picture is current without anyone assembling it. Crew on the ground see what they need without seeing commercial data. The founder got back the part of the week that had been spent chasing information.
